bunny biscuitsBunny Cookies are not just for Easter!

We often make biscuits with the kids, and are always trying to find new ways to make them exciting and fun, so we were drawn to these bunny shaped cookies.

These are great as Easter Bunny cookies, or Spring Biscuits – or even a last minute Mother’s Day treat to make with Daddy!

The children’s school has regular cake sales to raise funds for various projects and events, and they have a lovely idea of sending home a paper plate for us to fill with cakes, cookies and sweets – it really doesn’t take long to make these bunny cookies, and they look very appealing when they are iced too.

The home-made cakes and cookies have to compete with the shiny professional looking shop-bought cakes, so these bunny cookies are certainly attractive enough to make it!
