Collage using magazines

We do like collage, and using old magazines for the collage is a great way of glossy diverting paper from landfill!

We love crafts which involve upcycling, and have a lovely friend who often furnishes us with posh magazines which we wouldn’t necessarily buy for ourselves.

By pulling sheets from the magazines, you can build up a collage library of colours, and patterns which make for fabulous materials for creating collage with children – it’s a great free resource, and the kids enjoy finding and using eyes, lips, ears too to create fun characters as well as more original fashion pieces such as these wonderful models featured here.
