DIY Garage – car craft
HOW many little toy cars do you have in your house?! We have tonnes, literally… a combination of some of my own classics from childhood, and the bucket full the kids have accumulated, and bought from school fairs too. (that’s a great way to build your collection!)
A toy garage was one of the most popular feats of engineering our kids had to play with, some really interesting role play, and great stories about the owners of the cars – I would totally recommend this for both boys and girls – and totally fell in love with this shoe box garage. Also, by adding the chalked lines and numbers, it’s a great way to introduce and reinforce number recognition through play!
