Pinhole Heart Valentines Card DIY

Pinhole Heart Valentines Card DIYOh my, we totally fell in love with this Pinhole Heart Valentines Card DIY… (prepare yourself for more heart/love/pin/needle puns)…

Are you trying to find an original idea for making a Valentine’s Day card this year? We’ve found a few, and we REALLY like this idea… Will endeavour to put together a selection in one post for you later this week – so that it’s not like looking for a ‘needle in a haystack’ – no pun intended, well yes, actually totally intended as this design is made using a needle, or a pin!

Littlecreativenest.blogspot.co.uk made these adorable cards – aren’t they just lovely! Something we could certainly have a go at with the kids, (who have mastered the art of handling needles and pins without pricking their fingers now…)

Imagine the fun you could have with this technique, for so many things?? We are going to try tracing off some ghostly monster drawings once we’ve made Daddy a Valentine’s Day card!

This would be a really lovely thing to do in the classroom too, personalised by each child for their parent, or favourite carer… So effective and really rather stylish don’t you think?

If you have a go yourself, do share with us on Social Media, add the tag #FunCraftsKids – and tag us too, you’ll find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with the search @FunCraftsKids – so come say “Hi!” – and visit Melanie too at littlecreativenest.blogspot.co.uk to check out her instructions and advice on how she made these cards…
