Tin Can Crafts: Lanterns

Crafts· Recycling

19 May

tin can lanternsWe love all recycled crafts and are always looking into our recycling bin for new materials to upcycle. This week we have challenged ourselves to some Tin Can Crafts. Tin cans are wonderful to work with, but also can be a little tricky – how do get holes in them? How do you stick? I love this SUPER pretty tin can lantern from wikiHow, as it shares with you some great tips on how to get a nice neat pattern on your tin can (believe, me, I have tried and I ended up with a rather BENT tin can). Their tips look easy to do and follow. Definitely worth checking out.

And then to finish off, thet give it a great spray finish. (Here is a great set of Spray Paint Colours – US Readers and these brand of colours for UK readers).

Full instructions over on wikiHow!
