White Clay Tree Ornaments
We have always got a bag of air drying clay stashed in the cupboard, however ours is grey clay – we need to get some white clay because, look how lovely this is?
We are definitely going to be making some of these for the tree at the weekend, a great last minute Christmas Craft to get us in the mood for the festive season – And how lovely to theme your Holiday festivities – perhaps an all-white tree, with these lovely White Clay Tree Ornaments!
If you’ve got some cookie cutters, all the better – and we like to use bakers’ twine to hang our home made ornaments for a consistent seasonal look too.
This could be a lovely creative project for the classroom – and how about making smaller versions, as hanging gift tags for the pressies under the tree too, personalised so that the recipient can decorate their own tree with these decoration gifts the following year…. nice.
These gorgeous White Clay Tree Ornaments are featured over on LATE NIGHT SEWER.
So easy and quick to make in their basic form, and yet spending the time to embellish them in this way really is worth it – have a look at their website, you’ll see lots more inspirational ideas for leaves and stars too.
