As the nights draw in and the afternoons get darker…
Wine Cork Crafts – If you’re anything like us, you’ll have a collection of wine corks waiting for a craft, in the corner of your kitchen somewhere.
If you get a chance, it’s a great, free, resource for crafting, so if wine is not your thing, why not ask friends and family to save them for you.
We’ve seen loads of interesting wine cork crafts recently, so will be back to share more of our favourites, from table mats, pattern printing, bowling Christmas Santas, and this lolly stick airplane wine cork craft which ticks so many boxes.
It’s a bi-plane, with wheels that turn, so great fun to play with – running the plane along the floor and taking off into the skies… and would also look great hanging from a child’s ceiling on an invisible nylon thread.
We’ve been saving wine corks and lolly sticks, and the odd coffee stirrer from our favourite local coffee shop so we’ll be making LOADS of these – just need to get some extra clothes pegs!
