Blackboard Paint Table

Blackboard Paint TableWe’ve had a thing for blackboard paint for a while now!

We’ve experimented with everything from painting a section of the playroom wall, with the blackboard paint, to painting it on the back of bedroom doors. However, and don’t start thinking we’re fussy about mess, it’s just the chalk dust on a carpeted bedroom floor can get a bit much – (yeah, and who likes cleaning!) so when we spotted this brilliant idea for upcycling an old table into a chalk board play station we got very excited!

The kids will sit engaged for hours (well, minutes, at least) playing on this table – and when they tire of chalk, it’s still there as a fun workspace to come back to for regular drawing, painting, lego – that sort of thing – how totally cool is that!

Check out jesus-sauvage.com for all of the make details, and if you’re after some chalk paint, you can find that here in the US  and here in the UK, affiliate links.
