Chalk Dust Filled Eggs
We spotted this chalk dust filled eggs fun over on www.growingajeweledrose.com and with Spring just around the corner, it’s a good time to start planning some fun outdoor crafts.
As it gets warmer – we plan to have some fun out on our front street – and a chilly spring birthday means that we can plan this craft in advance, and even have a go at making the chalk dust filled eggs as part of the party activity before we hit the streets!
What a lot of fun this time of year can be, and just so colourful too – and we can add to that colour with these amazing splashes of colour!
Actually, this has inspired us, let’s make it a rainbow party – we will be on the lookout for more fun rainbow themed activities and as it’s also St Patrick’s day in March – this is one craft to remember to celebrate all things rainbow that come to light on St Paddy’s day too! What larks….
If you click here you’ll be able to read all of the instructions and top tips for making this the perfect rainbow party craft for your kids, – children will love it, and it’s a great way to use up that not-so-nice talcum powder – in fact, we have found that you can purchase talc-free baby powder here in the UK and here in the US – which will be a better option for the environment, and you too!
Have fun, and we can’t wait to share some photos with you of our efforts too 🙂 The streets will look amazing with the colours all over them, like a swirling rainbow filled road – what fun!
