Egg Carton Craft Rooster

Cock-a-doodle-do! It’s the year of the rooster… and we just love this Egg Carton Craft Rooster. According to the Chinese Lunar Calendar, the Year of the Rooster starts on January 28, 2017.

It is an important spring festival and a great opportunity to celebrate Chinese culture and language. Any craft we come across that features re-purposed waste materials really does rock our boat, so saving lots of egg cartons, to plan for this craft! Roosters are the tenth sign in the zodiac and are seen as confident, honest, humourous and hardworking so that’s how you can feel getting crafty with some egg cartons!
