Easy Mid Century Modern Mobile

Easy Mid Century Modern Mobile

Those who have been following the blog, will probably know that we are massive Mid Century Modern fans – take our delight at this https://funcraftskids.com/mid-century-modern-nursery-makeover/ which we posted about a year ago when our lives were in a bit of a need of a makeover, we were true to our word, and the kid’s rooms DID get a nursery makeover! hurrah!!

So this brings us to our love of MOBILES too…. as ever, ticking more than one box at a time on FunCraftsKids.com eh? We have always had a mobile in our house, as a child we had a single blue glass fish hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen – I think it’s the reason my Sister became a glass artist actually!! And we have argued over who gets to keep the fish, as our inheritance! She wins, since she can make a copy for me I guess.

And then we moved on to having kids and making mobiles for above their cribs, oh and even better, with little musical motors to lull them to sleep – perfect, and beautiful to watch!! So now we are all grown up, we searched for something to tickle our Mid Century Modern aesthetic and found this little darling based on the artwork of Jenn Ski over on dollarstorecrafts.com an Easy Mid Century Modern Mobile – which, as ever, looks great and is a GREAT make for you, the kids, the teenagers, and in fact, imagine a whole classroom ceiling filled with these – just imagine how stunning that would look! So make sure you pop over to dollarstorecrafts.com for the full ‘how to’!
