Weaving crafts round up
Anyone who follows this blog will know we are MAD on weaving, obsessed even, so sit back and have a browse – you will LOVE these posts as much as we do! (and yes, we’ve snuck in a conker at the end, for those of you who collect them every autumn and don’t quite know what to do with them!)
Let’s make a start with LOOMs….
Start eating popsicles, and save those lolly sticks, they make amazing looms!
and this idea of using the beautiful aroma of lavender to weave has really got our creative juices going – one of our favourites!
We’ve all had a go on a hula hoop right? Now try using one as a giant loom! Stunning!
This is me, out in the foreset – weaving with weeds no less! How brilliant is this!
And how about this for simplicity? The dry cleaning coat hanger, put to good use!
And with the invention of the SatNav, save those map books from the recycling and get weaving!
twit twooooo! AND get weaving these cute cute cute owl creatures!
Simple yet fun, and very pretty with the right yarn – get paper plate weaving!
Who would have thought of this, a perler bead pencil case – weaving at its most innovative!
You KNOW we love an upcycled milk carton craft – OH – another fab idea for a round up yes?! Check out this milk carton woven basket craft
And one for the winter months – chestnuts crafts spiderwebs or conkers as we call them in the UK!
